This asshole buys a cell phone battery that he knows is an OEM and it clearly shows it in the picture and is stated in the terms and conditions that the seller can substitute OEM compatible at anytime. This asshole gets the item and then immediately tries to pull his bullshit. He waits about 3 weeks filed a fraud dispute claiming not as described to steal the item. This asshole claims to have contacted the seller which is complete bullshit because he knew the terms and conditions and how to contact the seller. The terms were displayed in point blank view in front of this asshole the second he completed the sale. In addition, there's a link on every landing page that clearly stated returns on every landing page. This asshole was a lazy moron that did not want do anything and wanted to purposely violate a legal agreement like that asshole he is. The item was pictured accurately and we have the exact picture on the invoice in the warehouse. This is just another stupid pathetic asshole trying to rip off a seller on a $15 cell phone battery. |

This two bit piece of dog shit is the biggest fucking liar whatsoever. He looses the dispute and then immediately changes his own story now saying the item is now defective. The asshole has been using the whole item for the past 3 months. Thinks he can make his own polices up and we should pay for bullshit. This asshole files another dispute just to steal items. This asshole is going to court and getting arrested on two counts of mail order fraud.

Or else why would we win the dispute first, Bank of America and this asshole are the biggest bunch of scum bags ever. Bank of America is going to be reported to the Federal Reserve for fraud and the FTC and this asshole is going to court and be brought up on 2 counts of fraud of being sued for the max damages.
Bank of America knows that its one of their employees and will side with this asshole. The asshole excuse bank of america used was that the merchant couldnt prove the item was the one he received, a bullshit excuse, since they had the purchase order, with the advertisement and invoice. And they all pictured the same exact thing.

This buyer is the biggest moron idiot around. Keeps send us his bullshit excuses to steal a product from us. We refuse the legal size envelope which if the item was defective to begin with it would of been in the envelope, we refuse it he sends another one. This idiot cannot follow directions when its glued to his face and shoved up his ass!
