Details: | Buyer won the item for 30 euro. Then did not want to pay for it and wanted out (which would have been fine). And instead of saying Sorry to me, they kept saying that the last bid they put in was for 15,50 euro, and that someone must have put in the bid of 30 euro without their knowledge (which is crap, of course. In order to put in a bid on behalf of another person, one would have to have access to both the buyer's computer and their ebay account).
I said, OK, fine, "we could cancel this transaction, but could you please leave me a good feedback star first?"
At first they said OK, once they have spoken to ebay about it.
A few days later, they said "Ebay says it is OK for me to not pay" (which, of course, is also crap, since we all know that ebay would NEVER tell a buyer/winner outright that they are allowed to refuse to pay)
I then said OK...but again, please leave me a positive star.
One more day later, I sent them a reminder about leaving me that star, advising them at the same time that if they do not respond to me ASAP, I will have to open an unpaid item case against them in less than 12 hours.
I never heard back from them...and then of course I had to open an unpaid item case.
Upon my opening of the case, they sent me an email saying this:
"You can open all the cases you want, unlike you, I do not live to work on eBay! I'm going to buy you from another account and I'm going to leave you with the worst ratings for scammer ... I already understood how you get your stars." (message original) |
