DO NOT SELL TO THIS CUSTOMER WHATSOEVER!

Customer sent a very rude text and email at approx 2 am complaining that we sent her a fake stone pendulum. The pendulum is not fake and it is indeed real. She then complained that our tarot decks she purchased did not come with guide books. Most tarot decks do not come with the large books unless they say so. This is not the point - the descriptions of the products actually said NO BOOK included. They are brand new tarot decks from the publisher so there is usually never an issue unless it arrives damaged. She had a meltdown saying we are responsible for the publisher since we sell their items.

She then went back to the pendulum and complained that it had a clasp on it (so you can switch the chains if you don't want one with chakras on it). This is in the photo. She kept complaining and sending our photo saying it does not show a clasp which is DOES. Absolutely blown away with how entitled, rude and just plain idiotic this customer is. Don't sell to her - she's not worth the headache. We sent her a return label and told her never to purchase from us again.

She also begun this inquiry with the fact that she contacted the BBB instead of nicely trying to resolve it (which we would have just sent her a return label to get her to shut up).
