You need to report his address to his local mail carrier. Not just one person a bunch. You should also inform the USPS Postal inspectors office equiv. in canada. You also should be calling Amazon each and everyone of you sellers and report it t Amazon saying we're not going to take this crap of letting this asshole get away with it time and time again. Its obvious Amazon couldnt give two shits about you sellers being ripped off.
