Customer bought a digital in-game service where we help them win a game mode to unlock an item. This item inherently cannot returned due to its nature that once unlocked in game its permanently there forever. The customer is merely paying for our service to help them unlock. I even list no refunds/no returns on eBay. Well 30 days later I get a dispute filed saying Buyer hasn't received their item yet, DESPITE them saying in the ebay message that they unlocked it and finished service PLUS screenshots proof. Please avoid this buyer.
