Doesnt matter whether there's a pandemic or not, you know there are assholes out there to rip you off, you have to adjust your business model to adjust. If your doing international sales, then there has to be tracking o the item. I would just send the asshole to collections and make him pay for the item or report the asshole to the Canadian equiv of the USPS postal inspectors office.
