The she was told point blank the receivers were not included and this cunt, escalated the claim saying it didnt work because of the receivers. We need to stop them. I suggest to get police report, get an online fraud report and P.O. fraud report also. It doesn't take much time to do it. It is simple.
Also, always accept returns and take a video when you are receiving the return package, so you have proof when you go to Police station. Ebay and Paypal are afraid about this reports. So they will close the scammer account, and won't refund the money.

Completely wrong. State and local agencies dont do shit if your company. Taking so called returns is also wrong. There is no proof that the product was the same product or you did something to it. Its called burden of proof. Paypal will not do anything to buyers. You dont provide a return address so they cant just return the item. Your so called return policy is BS unless you have a button they phyiscally have to press that say I agree i accept and they cant continue the process.
the only way you get around it is by not accepting direct emails. Make them complete a form and have them sign it to make it a legal document. Thats is the only way credit card companies or PayPal will take your side. Because now you havea signed legal document that you can use against the buyer. PayPal will always side with the that they wont loose.

We had documents signed by this buyer (not this one) the asshole piece of shit filed paypal dispute non receipt, lost that one, filed a chargeback for non receipt lost that one, filed a dispute for not as described, lost that one, filed a chargeback for not as described, paypal gave us less than 4 hours, they refunded the buyer, hit us with a chargeback fee, even though we didnt have the product, nor proof of delivery from the buyer. So for now on there's a limit on that product. This happened 2 times over the same product and quantity purchase. So for now on there's a strict limit.

Today's world every company is out to kiss the buyer's ass. Then they tell the buyer its ok, so you give these stupid assholes power and says its ok that you can fuck over a seller. Unless you have 150% documented sign proof that PayPal cant dispute, then your covered. PayPal gets their ass sued every single year, settles and says oh we didnt do anything wrong. Why do you think they moved to Germany. They found a country they can get away with things.

Taking PayPal is a day to day basis. Buyers know they have to contact the company, but these assholes file deliberate disputes for the sole purpose of holding up a sellers money. So you report these assholes to this site.
