Both emails/accounts have been reported to ebay and paypal.. but keep posting your comments if this person is still lingering around the internet. And keep informing ebay and paypal of it bc they will not always know ALL of these fraud/scam accounts exist if we don't tell them.

Thanks for the warning guys, I looked up his address and found this. Almost sent my phone away for $300 when he was offering $380. I haven't sent him the PayPal request yet, so I'm wondering if there's any way I can toy with him at the moment.
