This moron thinks she can ship item item to someone else in a different state when on 3 pages it states the merchant only ships to this confirmed address. This dumb ass moron, then goes to waste your time even further by placing a credit card you dont take. Once again it stays in bold print the card that we dont accept, and what does this asshole do, violates yet another policy. All that time this moron places a card that gets declined.
