Unreasonable buyer. Bought item 140463805095 with A tan color. If you see the listing of the pictured color you can clearly see that is does not match the dash pad of his car:

Tried to resolve by providing a color matched one to his color but he would have to send a sample of his dash pad. Offered to arrange to provide a black one so he could color match his own.

Listing clearly said:"Guaranteed colors can only be done with a actual sample from the original item. If you depend on what you see in the monitor, pictures sent via email or non original sample color matches are at the buyers risk. "

This buyer demanded a refund to cover his mistake. Refused any other attempts to resolve!
