Bought two 38-SMD LED fog lights.
Requested to return for refund saying the LED bulbs are not bright (we do have bright Cree bulbs but you choose the cheapest one. Do you mean you will complaint to Walmart if their clothes is not as good as the brand name one?!)
We informed him there is a $4 fee to cover the shipping and packaging and he disagreed.
We offered him for a full refund if he can leave us a all five star positive feedback in advance and he refused, so we issued refund less $4.
Requested the buyer to cancel the transaction and he denied, and left us a negative.
If you do not agree with the return policy, why order?
