| Details: | Scammer purchased two items days apart and then after they were shipped, submitted an "unauthorized purchase dispute" with PayPal. If you see the above address, beware, don't ship to them. See a lot of these non-descript shipping warehouses (google maps) practicing internet fraud and shipping items out of the country. Not sure if PayPal ever reports this type of activity to the proper authorities.

Just cancealed an eBay order (knife) from this buyer (xmxwfx ) based on feedback about that physical address. Must be a drop ship service. Order/Buyer may have been legit, but I'm not shipping a weapon to a drop ship service.

xmxwfx: I live in Hong Kong, and the address is an international agency. I always use this address on eBay, and there has never been any problem. However, respect your approach.
me: I will not ship a knife (weapon) to that address! I'll need a fully verified PayPal buyer in addition to a verified PayPal residential address.

Here has been my solution to this constant problem. I've blocked all purchases from the state of DE. It has 100% solved my problem with these scammers. Believe me, it's not like I've ever had a legitimate purchase from that state, so I ain't missing anything. Just go in to your shipping and remove DE as a place you ship to and done, fixed.
