I listed a shaving bowl on my ebay store,and to let client can has a intuitive feelings of the bowl size,I put a shaving brush in the bow when I took the pic.This buyer request me provided a shaving brush which I pictured in my listing to him and said my pic mislead him to buy this bowl.This bow I had sold over 200 pieces before him bought it and never has a client was mislead before.I explained very clear to him.Then he opened a case on ebay,and he used time difference between China and Mexico,when I was sleeping,he asked ebay for final decision and get my money from my pocket.
This is really a very crafty buyer,be careful when he purchase any product from you.
