I want to report a buyer who is returning an item for fraudulent reasons. Although I have a return policy, the buyer is lying his/her way to try to avoid the restocking fee. Buyer requested return and I agreed to refund the item and said there may be a restocking fee if item is not defective. Buyer immediately opened a case and said I sold an opened and used item. I have pictures of the item prior to shipping it with the seal in place. Buyer is also now adding that the item is not working properly. All in an attempt to avoid restocking fees. There was plenty of communication with buyer prior to purchase as well and the details and return policy were clearly highlighted since the buyer specifically inquired about return policy. The buyer basically used this as a 14 day free rental and returned the item
