Has nothing to do with email dummy. It is a customer who purchased and then extorted to claim refund. Of course after the fact we can deny any sales to her but does not change what already happened. If you do not understand the issues then do not comment on the pages.

This is preposterous! This company sent me blinds that were defective and refused to accept them for an exchange! I only sought a refund after being cursed at and hung up on. See the numerous complaints about Blinds on Time! They are a small operation run out of a home, dont speak English and have no concept of what customer service is.

Looks to me like this person is having issues with a whole lot of sellers. Perhaps it is a bad customer not sellers.

I had bad experience with blinds on time too. That is who made this post. They sent me broken merchandise and wouldnt accept an exchange. The blinds I got were tangled and missing the wand.
