Details: | This Buyer has been a nightmare to deal with, from day one. She seems to have no clue how the USPS works, nor does she read the pertinent info in listings, which have to do with International Customs Fees or Duties, Return policies, etc. She purchased a Designer Handbag from me and paid for Priority Mail shipping from Florida to Canada. This service has no guaranteed delivery date. Her item shipped the same day and then she started emailing me, at least a dozen times, asking "where" her package was, and accusing me of preventing it from getting delivered to her. She claimed she paid for Express Mail (which she didn't), she dropped the "F" bomb on me, more than once, she has called me a liar, a cheat, etc., multiple times, even though I provided her with the tracking number, at least six times, even giving her the link to track the package. She opened a case on eBay for "item not delivered," and it was closed in my favor, since the package still showed tracking. She then opened a case on Paypal, for item not delivered, then delivery was attempted, but she refused the package, because they wanted to collect money for Customs Fees, which she assumed she had already paid, at checkout. (She only paid for shipping, at checkout, and our listings all clearly state that the fees paid for shipping, do NOT cover customs fees or duties and it is the customers responsibility to check into those fees and to pay them.) This however, became the newest accusation that she hit me with, stating to Paypal, that I had kept her customs money, that she had paid at checkout, and I had not turned it over to the Canadian government, so she was being cheated, out of that, as well. She refused delivery and the package is now on its way back to me. I have already reported her twice to eBay, twice to Paypal, and even though eBay would back me, since I don't accept returns, and wouldn't have to accept her return, especially since she refused delivery, Paypal is making me pay her back, in full, including shipping costs. This Buyer has been such a nightmare to deal with, I hope that no one else ever has to experience what I have. She doesn't speak good English at all, and grammar is nowhere to be found. Her emails are just full of blame, accusations, craziness and name calling. She is a nightmare buyer. |
