Yeah, a simple Google search on OwnDoc reveals that OwnDoc attempts to extort funds from people via "blacklisting," which is essentially defamation, any time they're faced with a chargeback - warranted or not.

Your "reputation" outside of your own reports is already trash. Anyone who googles you will find your name all over RipOff Report and tons of other sites. A chargeback is NOT theft - they're issued when a customer disputes the validity of the transaction. The fact that such a large number of your transactions are disputed says more about OwnDoc than it does about any of your customers.

(1) We do not "attempt to extract funds by blacklisting" - We blacklist people who have committed the offense of fraud and we do not un-blacklist them, even when they repay us after being blacklisted. Alleging such is a criminal offense - the offense of libel. Knowingly accusing a person or company falsely of a crime is a crime in itself. In many jurisdictions, this crime is punished with statutory damages, meaning no damage needs to be proven in order for substantial damages to be awarded, as well as penalties and legal expenses.

The first step in a legal remedy would be to obtain your full IP address, either by supoenaing (sp.?) the proxy chain or directly. You're treading on very thin ice.
