The walking piece of shit will buy an item, then dispute the item, then have his McDonalds xemployee that works for him sign for a package then immediately dispute the item for non receipt of merchandise. When he losses the first dispute he will force it into a 2nd chargeback where its called prearb. You send this walking piece of shit a collections letter, then he will finally admit he had the item. Then when you send him a final collections notice and take him to court you get another letter from this asshole with nothing but his bullshit lies.

You have to contact his credit card company and tell them directly that he has a history of scamming merchants. That if you dont do anything about it, you'll report the credit card company to visa/mastercard not to mention put them as an accomplise to in the fraud.

They did a report a few years ago. Contact the reporter and when you find any website like the yellowpages that allow you to place a review write negative feedback about him. What he does is he buys used computer parts from Ebay and anyplace else and puts them into people's computers. He gets his xMcDonalds employee to sign for packages and then immediately disputes them. He wil keep disputing them even lying to his own credit card company. When you start filing a law suit against him, he will finally admit he's got the product and then say the exact opposite with another letter. He's nothing but a 2 bit lying piece of crap thats going to learn his lesson in court and we're going to take that public record and publish it in the local newspaper of where is business is located.
