It was a stolen credit card period. He wanted overnight shipping because he wanted it the fastest way as possible. When dealing with overseas transactions, its hard to get a credit card address to match. So for international you have to have 2 things (1) tracking and (2) the report that says the PayPal address is confirmed. If you dont place tracking and the moron files a dispute, it becomes immediately your responsibility to provide tracking that proves the item was delivered. It was nothing more than a scam. PayPal attracts morons left and right and PayPal encourages buyers to file disputes.
