Item was working when shipped. Buyer reported item was received undamaged. Buyer claims the item was broke but appears in later communications that he doesn't know how to use it. Buyer wants a refund but refuses to return the item (required as specified in auction). Offered full refund on purchase price plus original shipping cost. Buyer chose to keep item but then leaves negative feedback.

This is an old scam to claim item is broke to get refund without returning the item so they can get the item for free. Once pushed for return of the item then they realize they cannot cheat the seller.
