Buyer misrepresents location and uses the following freight forwarder:

Regular scam from overseas: buyer purchases an item that is shipped without tracking number. After a couple of weeks opens "item not received" or "not as described" case and gets full refund.
Our multiple store have published policy of not shipping via freight forwarders unless buyer upgrades shipping to that of trackable.

This scammer already tried and succeeded once with our store. In a couple of month tried again but was caught and order was cancelled after buyer declined to upgrade shipping.

Buyer left negative feedback which was immediately removed by eBay as buyer did not follow seller's policy. Buyer also was reported for this scam and for misrepresenting location.

Be aware of this and other buyers who use forwarding services.
