10 days after delivery, the buyer forced a return by claiming the fleece jacket's fake since it didn't fit. I suggest him verify it in any official store, but he refused. He claimed the jacket's new in original condition, with tags attached. He forced us to pay for shipping fee this way. The worst thing is that the jacket he returned was already worn. The fleece was seriously worn, with hairs and pillings all over the jacket. Even the inner pockets has lots of pillings. There're also two big dirty spots. I contacted him again and he insisted that he only tried it once and it's new. What a shame!
