Placed a bid on one of my items, won the auction, and didn't pay. Two days later I contacted and requested payment. She claimed that it must have been a mistake and that she doesn't have any money. Her 670 feedback score and recent feedback says otherwise. I've opened a case and she still refuses to pay.
