Said item wasn't received and demanded a refund within a week of purchasing the part.
I said please raise an item not received dispute and I'll refund straight away.
He demanded a refund without raising a dispute and threatened negative feedback which is feedback blackmail, so I reported him to ebay.
He then raised a dispute and has been consistently aggressive. He leaves a lot of negative feedback and I assume he's a scammer just trying to get everything on ebay for free
