Details: | Yansi Loustan / Yansi Bronder (Fraud, $190) Yansi Loustan (Yansi Bronder) stole $190 from us by filing a "not-received" claim with PayPal for a shipment that USPS showed as signed-for-delivered. Against our T&C, Yansi Loustan used the office building of her employer as the delivery address. She rudely demanded to be sent a replacement for the shipment that has obviously been lost at the reception desk. Ironically, she referred to our T&C, which states that we rapidly refund or replace in case we're ethically or legally responsible to do so. She forgot the part that says that we don't take responsibility when a 3rd party is used as the delivery address and that 3rd party makes the package disappear. This is the address she used: YANSI LOUSTAN, HBO, 100 AVE OF THE AMERICAS, NEW YORK, NEW YORK 10036, UNITED STATES. But her real address is Yansi Loustan, 913 Burgunday Way, Wayne, New Jersey 07470, USA. The USPS tracking number is RR481284575CZ. |

BUYER BEWARE- Do not purchase anything from Owndoc.com they are scammers. I have tracking details from USPS noting they sipped to the wrong address. It’s interesting how they don’t attach a name to their complaint, they’re comical internet bullies! Sincerely Yansi Loustan

We shipped to the correct address and we can prove it. USPS made a small mistake when writing down the ZIP code on the delivery form, that's all. PayPal decided the case in our favor. By claiming that we are scammers, Yansi Loustan has committed criminal libel (wilful defamation with intent to do financial damage) and since she's signed it with her name, we will sue her in our jurisdiction for damages, penalties and legal costs and will have the judgment enforced in her place of residence as per the treaty we have with the US.

My mistake was not researching you, you have bad reviews with similar complaints all over the internet. Whatever the reason you do this to people- I truly hope you find peace.

We have bad "reviews" because of 70,000 customers we had over the past ten years, about 70 were blacklisted for fraud and about a third of them took revenge by defaming us, as you have done now. And there are other reasons for these "bad reviews": https://owndoc.com/scam/why-there-are-bad-reviews-about-vaughter-wellness-owndoc-com-sarah-vaughter/

Just because you say it doesn’t make it true. Here are the undeniable, undisputed facts:
Fact: 1100 is the address number of the street the package should have been delivered to (check your PayPal records)
Fact: 101 is the address number of the street that the package was delivered to and signed for (check your USPS tracking receipt)
Fact: PayPal ruled in my favor and refunded me $190, 100% of the purchase price
You will never win with lies, the truth always reveales itself.
Sincerely Yansi Loustan

PayPal did not refund you anything - after PayPal decided in our favor, you filed, a few days ago, a "not as described" CHARGEBACK, meaning you admit that you received it. PayPal is going to fight your fraudulent chargeback with your card issuer, Yansi Loustan, as soon as we've sent PayPal the documents they requested. And if you keep going at it, we may ramp up the exposure of you being a thief a bit more. As in creating an entire webpage only about you.

Fact: USPS delivered it to the reception desk of your company - you let it be shipped to a 3rd party instead of your residential address, which is against our T&C and at your own risk - and the delivery person mistakenly wrote down 101 instead of 1100 on the delivery receipt. Fact: A few days ago, you contacted your card issuer and said you received our shipment, but it is "significantly not as described". You did that because we have proof it was received at the address you specified so you'd lose a "not received" chargeback, Yansi Loustan, thief that you are.

Fact: Look at your own shipment invoice (which PayPal has) you’ll see that you shipped it to “100” instead of “1100” but it was actually delivered to and signed for “101”

PayPal has absolutely no documents whatsoever still - only a record of your payment. No address, no item list - only a payment and your email address. Your lies demonstrate that you indeed received the merchandise. Falsely accusing us of having evidence that we shipped it to a different address than you specified removes all benefit of the doubt you may still have enjoyed. Our systems print the address label straight from our store data.

Oh they do, because I sent it to them, the same one you sent me. And, USPS documents confirm that it was shipped to “100” but delivered and signed for at “101”

We never sent you or PayPal ANY documents! All we sent you & PayPal was the USPS online "delivered" status! We're HOPING to obtain the shipping documents TOMORROW, Monday Sept. 24!

Dear OwnDoc.com- An investigation of records proved that you are the one telling lies, and judgement was awarded in my favor. Your very own shipping documents to me and United States Postal Service proved your shipping address for this order differed from the one submitted to PayPal. You shipped to 100 instead of 1100 and I’m happy to publish these records. Remove this post- you are the one with false, liable accusations. Sincerely Yansi Loustan

You are a liar, a libeler and a thief, Yansi Loustan. We can prove that PayPal decided in our favor, and we can prove that we shipped to the correct address - the address you provided us. We can also prove that you violated our T&C by specifying an address where a 3rd party signs for registered mail - not yourself. All that is true is that USPS tracking omitted a "1" in their tracking. For the rest we made zero mistakes and you willingly violated our Terms by letting it be shipped to your place of work, where obviously a janitor or temp worker or other colleague signed for it and took it home. That is if we have to believe you're speaking the truth, which you provenly did not about both the shipping address as well as to who won the dispute.

Oops - we gave you too much credit - no one made a mistake, neither us nor USPS but YOU - You specified 100 instead of 1100 and here is the proof:

That's why Paypal let us win our dispute on our appeal. Perhaps they let you keep their refund, but we also got refunded becasue we could prove that the fault was entirely with yourself.

To recap:
1. In spite of our warning not to ship to offices, you specified an office address
2. In spite of our warning to verify the shipping address, you made a mistake which you did not correct
3. In spite of your reckless culpability as per (1) and (2), you then went on to take our money out of our pockets via a fraudulent PayPal dispute, while telling people we're criminals, even though what you SHOULD have done was take responsibility, visit the address you specified - where it was delivered - and try to obtain the package. Instead, you committed fraud, provided false testimony in a financial dispute and committed aggravated defamation (it's "libel", not "liable"). Aggravated, because you spread falsehoods with intent to cause harm. That's a two-year prison sentence in this country where we're based.
