Buyer purchased items for her wedding without "noticing" I am in Europe and she is in USA. I warned her they might not arrive in time and offered the option to upgrade to expedited/courier delivery but she chose to take a chance. The items were delayed in customs and arrived 3 days late. Although we had shipped the package in good faith next day the buyer blamed us for the customs and postal delays of her own country and left vindictive negative feedback. She claimed in her feedback that we have promised to get the items from Europe to her in the the USA in 3 days! This is clearly impossible and so was an obvious pack of lies. The buyer is not only malicious but a liar who prefers to blame others for her poor purchasing decisions.
