Buyer has a history of being very, very aggressive with sellers and buyers alike (as evidenced by her Ebay feedback). She bought an item from us and wrote us a very hostile email complaining that it was defective. We examined the pictures of the item on the listing and specifically remembered checking for the issue she was reporting. We responded with an offer to give her a full refund and to pay for shipping the item back to us. Instead of accepting, she declined our offers and left negative feedback, stating that she should have received a partial refund. After doing further research, we see that she sells items just like the one we sold her...thus it seems likely that she was trying to bring the price down to increase her own profit margin on reselling the item.
