This buyer purchased a refurbished desktop. Upon receipt the buyer complained that some optional accessories and software were not included in the box. The accessories or software were not mentioned in the listing. He 'assumed' that everything should be in the box. I offered to provide a prepaid return shipping label for a return and a refund. At this time the buyer had agreed to not leave a bad feedback but proceeded to leave a bad feedback all the same.
