This bad guy is in Brazil.
First he bought an item from me, I sent to him did not registered the post. He claimed not received.
And need another packet to be sent to him but in different color and style.

I agreed and sent out this time registered the packet.
He received it but claimed not as described.
I asked him to return item in order to get full refund, he rejected. He keep item and open case on eBay and get full refund with the untrue information they gave that my item were obviously different he made some pictures that helped him got full refund without sending item back to me.

This is very bad guy in Brazil, please be careful.
