Buyer never paid for product, but give us a SOB story on how they are financially strapped and this is there last dollar. We hear these excuses every year, especially around the holiday seasons. Basically, we find that buyers like this only want stuff next to nothing. They essentially kept harassing us into trying to give them a deep discount. We tried negotiating the pricing as much as possible in a professional manner, and never responded to their messages. However, buyer was never satisfied, and kept giving us a sob story of being financially over budget and that we should accept their offer due their situation. We simple declined offer. Buyer was blocked and reported to eBay. Actually, buyer violated eBay's rule and they cannot demand sales, services or discounts even in the negotiation process. Just a warning to other sellers on eBay.
