| Details: | Buyer bought a blanket style sleeper that was in like new condition. It was clearly stated in the ad as pre-owned. it showed no wear other than typical wash wear from this kind of item.
She paid less than $3.00 for an item worth triple that amount.
When she got it she said it wasn't soft enough and demanded a full refund with return shipping. I stated that she bought a pre-owned item but if she wanted a refund, she need to return the item.
she refused.
I told her that she got exactly what was described and my terms clearly state that I do not give refunds without getting the item back. She still refused, threatening me...telling me she would give me bad feedback if I didn't send a full refund.
I refused to give her the refund. she was not getting something for nothing and she left me bad feedback.
and she told me that she was going to resell the item.
She is a scammer and was just trying to get something for nothing.....then resell it.
SELLERS BEWARE and block this buyer so she doesn't try to scam you too. |

Also, check the false report funwiththekids left for holyphonemanx2 in which funwiththekids called the person names, said they were immature, then was caught lying twice. Its all in the comments.

Ok, first of all, there are about 5 different people talking to you. The reason for the sudden influx is because someone emailed all of us "badbuyer" victims, funwiththekids. It's wrong to slander innocent people and we should at least have a chance to defend ourselves. You can't shut us all up. You can't talk us down with your name-calling, you can't threaten us. And how do YOU know that they were bogus reports? I have the proof that they are 100% truthful. As I stated...I am a top rated power seller. Do you know what that means? ebay does not give out those classifications lightly. One of your "bad buyers" purchased a mere $3 item, another purchased a $5 item. You wrote this right in your own report AND I asked them (yes I asked them, we talked via the email you so kindly provided). You went on to call those people scammers, because they kept the 3 and 5 dollar items (which were incorrectly sized by you) rather than pay more than that to return them (you required they pay out of pocket). That's why we know they are bogus reports.

That must be so fulfilling. You are certainly a very happy and successful person. ... In the past 30 days, you've had these complaints: "item didn't work but seller refunded quickly, thank you." on Feb 8th, "fed up of contacting sellers and paying returns due wrong items, picture wrong" on Feb 7th, "GAME WAS SCRATCHED AND WORKS INTERMITTENTLY." on Feb 1st, "wow ..way too small....but i like it...thanks" on Jan 31st, "More worn than I expected" on Jan 20th. (So, you're never wrong right?) I haven't had that many complaints in my entire 9 years of selling on eBay. If you think your unwarranted attacks on buyers on this site are attracting POSITIVE attention, you may be in error. Your obviously forced and false bemusement is just embarrassing.
