you realize the post office is admitting guilt for damage
and you have a letter documenting their liability
yet what you would really like is for us to pay for
the damage they caused....our shop policy
clearly states items less than 20 dollars are
un insured ............when asked to send it back
thank God she promised not to buy anything else

idiot wanted us to give her a refund for
postal damage and refused to return item

shop policy is a purchase agreement
and is agreed to in every detail
by making a purchase which is clearly stated
we had no obligation to pay for postal damage
and offered to refund with return then it
refused return and gave us a poor rating
as if we were in some way responsible
we clearly had no responsibility past drop off

if you cant read the rules and honor them
your not adult enough to play the game
we are not responsible for where you dog
