Details: | Customer purchased product and the next day began relentlessly calling leaving voicemails about not trusting us (even though the tracking was available the same day she ordered). Continued to call until it arrived, early even. She then left a review saying she didn’t like the product, and it smelled like a men’s fragrance. I said she was welcome to return it for a full refund, as we always offer for any reason. She then changed the story, left an anonymous negative review (same IP), and continued to harass saying she wouldn’t return anything and demanded a full refund. She then filed a BBB complaint (our only complaint in a decade), and re-fabricated her story again. Ultimately, we provided her a return label, which she never used. Never returned the product, and never responded again. |
