| Details: | Customer contacted us that she was sent the wrong product. We tried to right the situation but she said she already sent it back to us and provided tracking. Trying to help, we refunded before getting the product back, we were too trusting. She sent us a MUCH cheaper version of the product that we have NEVER EVER EVER carried. On a sale of almost $900 she has our product and her money. |

No weren't being too trusting, you were being too stupid! Why in the hell would you refund someone before getting the product back! Policies state, for returns you must receive the item back in its original condition. $900 are you fucken kidding me!
