This person placed a large order online. Then he opened a case against me claiming that the tracking number is not showing online just ONE DAY after it was picked up! Then a couple days later without waiting for a week to receive his order by a speed courier he escalated it to a claim! The reason of his claim was: he did not receive the merchandise. Demanded to refund and keep the goods!
