This buyer is scum. She bought a pendant from our store on Wish, and chose the variation "Pendant Only - No Chain". After receiving the pacakge, he filed a case claiming that we sent only the pendant, but didn't send a chain. Thus it's not as described and she should get her money back and keep the pendant. This is completely rubbish. The original response from Wish customer support was that buyer chose a variation without the chain, and thus the case claim is not valid. The case was rejected. This buyer filed a case again, claiming that part of the order was missing. Any customer support idiot from Wish refunded the order without any valid ground.
