Details: | This buyer always telling lies. Stole my packet. At first claimed as not received, once I proved he/she received it then said accidentally claimed on incorrect reason. Change to received not as described. He tried a lot to solicit me to give full refund immediately, blah blah blah, so many reasons and words those are quite forcing and harming. Please avoid this buyer if you don't want to waste your time and get your products stolen such that ugly method. |

She didnt "mistakingly" choose the wrong reason for the dispute. She tried to bank on the fact you didnt place tracking on the package. Once she got caught in her lie, she changed the reason for the dispute, for the sole purpose as we both know to steal the product! Make policies stick to them and dont allow anyone to break them or make you go against them. The policies should be in place to protect you. Credit card companies, PayPal and eBay are in favor of the buyer and will screw you every single time when they can.
