Buyer asked for a refund the same day I mailed the package. She said she read reviews about my product after having bought it that said the product was defective. There's nothing wrong with the product, I use it myself, have sold it to other users with no issue and there are just as many reviews out there about the product being awesome. I'm adding her to my blocked users list for sure.
