This guy is the typical Chinese Thief who engages in Theft by Paypal. Its worth noting that Paypal profits when crooks engage in Theft By Paypal. In those cases the crook gets the item purchased, and Paypal returns the payment to the crook, AND this is the worst part - Paypal KEEPS the transaction fees paid by the seller. ie, Paypal profits from Theft by Paypal.
