Details: | Scamming buyer who manipulates PayPal. Wanted to return a $80 item because they changed their mind. The return was processed through eBay and my 20% re-stocking fee for buyer remorse was applied. Buyer opened case on PayPal because they didn't like the re-stocking fee. PayPal decided in my favor since it is clearly stated on my return policy. Buyer then changed the reason for the case, something that amazes me that PayPal even allows since it opens the door wide open for scamming buyers to just change the reason until the find one that works. They claimed irregularity with the "date or time" of order and PayPal refunded the 20% to them. Jean Ness obviously needed the $16 pretty bad to perjure herself. Avoid this buyer. |
