Mr. Monir Ahmad is in the strongest of the 1% of bad dishonest buyers there are. He is abusive and a massive liar in trying to force free items from sellers. Stay away from this thief and online bully that uses his keyboard as a weapon against online sellers. He is not deserving of any decent customer service whatsoever as it will online ignite his fire even more against the seller. He seems to enjoy battling sellers online. Some people are like that as Mr. Monir Ahmad is one of those. Do yourself a favour and do not enable him with his luring threats towards you as a seller. We had to refund in the end even though we were in the right.
