Person with same address but with different suite number just tried over 30 times to place an order on my website for an item valued at about $2600 USD. Not one in 30 credit card numbers were the same, mostly Visa and MasterCard.

First off, contact the local police department and give them the address saying he's receiving stolen merchandise. Then contact that local post office and tell them exactly whats going on. Immediately blacklist the IP range because its obviously this asshole is trying to get a charge for the products that you have setup that doesnt allow anything to process if the credit card doesnt match the billable address. You know as well as we, that the second the item gets shipped, your going to get hit with chargeback after chargeback for fraud or not authorized and the end result is you out the money, chargeback fees, and the product. Id call the credit card companies and have the cards blacklisted. The address 7515 N Leadbetter Rd #AC8327 is already reported by other sellers AND IS A MAIL FORWARDING COMPANY. Contact the company and report it immediately that they have scam artists. At least tell them if they dont close the box that your going to file fraud against them.
