Details: | Migdalia, decided she really needed to buy a paid of Disney Headphones from our website in November of 2022. All her info checks out. AVS verified the cardholder address and zip code were both a match to the billing info. The 3 digit CVV2 number was also a match. We also googled her address, checked her phone number, who-is her email address. We have her social media accounts matched up to. She tried to wait out the USPS delivery confirmation, but when she couldn't wait any longer, she did a chargeback and said the transaction was unauthorized. Her bank, shoddy as they come, Fifth Third Bank, decided it was in their best interests to push a valid transaction back on us, and simply state that the addresses didn't match, when indeed they did, and we provided proof. This is just another example of a Bank not giving a care about what is right and wrong, but using their ability to make decisions, to their own benefit, to please their customer, rather than holding them accountable. Fifth Third Bank and Migdalia should both be held accountable. |
