I’ve had the same experience with this buyer also through eBay! Their old surname was Gadgets 101 (ABN 34302300213). The husband Jay is the one involved also. They almost tried to fraud me for over $2000. I was lucky I kept all evidence. Be careful of this scammer couple!!!! They sell on eBay also.

Yep, this couple got me too! I no longer sell on eBay because of them. They have no decency!!! I lost $478 because of them. They also use this email Bargains_direct@outlook.com. I hope we can save other sellers from going through this grief!
