Be sure to report it to the police department in Collingdale, the woman that answered the phone at the Darby police department was too lazy to be bothered with the issue but the officer from Collingdale was very helpful and took an entire report of all the details to start an investigation. They were both already familiar with the address and the occupant(s) because when I put forth my theory that these crooks were using an abandoned house they said, "No, we are familiar with that address and someone definitely lives there." So it appears that the people that live there are probably known criminals or at least troublemakers. These scumbags are using the cities Darby and Collingdale for the same house because they are right next to each other so the deliveries come either way and they can double down on the fraud.
