This ebay buyer under username prcinka35 is abusing ebay's buyer protection program. He orders from multiple sellers, then opens a dispute case and receives his money back. I opened an insurance claim on ebay and as part of the claim was to verify that the transaction is valid (buyer would). Buyer never responded so i called my insurance company to proceed in further. Then i was told that they had multiple insurance claims for this buyer. He is doing it intentionally to scam sellers. If you are a seller on ebay, PLEASE BE AWARE
