The buyer, Brian Kingwill, claimed that he did not receive his order but the tracking number clearly shows the order delivered.

After refusing to meet the buyer's demand for a refund, he ended up leaving negative feedback that we "never shipped item."

If you look at his eBay feedback profile (heidizzy) and click on the "Left for others" tab, you'll find that he left mostly negative feedback for other sellers with false statements such as "did not ship", "never shipped item", "scammer", etc.

Lastly, the buyer left us a message with racial slurs after we refused his demand for a refund.

It is truly shocking that eBay allows this person to buy and sell on their platform with zero consequences.
