This buyer is dishonest and blatantly lies. He made up claims of damage in order to receive money back and free items. I sent him additional items to satisfy him and prevent negative feedback which lead him to closing the case. A month later he leaves negative feedback claiming eBay had to intervene to save him.

Truly pathetic and sad.
