Sent an $800+ item to address customer provided in Montreal. Received charge back just over a month and a half later claiming he did not have that card. Billing/Shipping address was initially not correct with CC info but contacted via email and email provided correct billing info. CVV and internet research appeared correct. Item signed for at post office by person representing themselves as an occupant of the house. Would have had to have provided ID. Police interview with actual person appears to have cleared actual person who no longer lives at that address.
