Scott he is CROOK he bought a tea pot from and on my listing I said AS IS not returns he bought on an auction on a bid
A week later he claim that tea pot was broken on the top and I explained that was a little broke
He paid 25.00 plus 12.00 shipping and he wanted a discount of 15.00 dollars and keep the tea pot but I said why you want to keep the tea pot if you said that is broke
Finally I said you paid for the shipping and I will refund the 25.00
EBAY make me refund the entire money now he will ask you for discount he is a crook plz REPORTING to eBay

I have a bad experience with cnh1957. He bought a hand-made teapot from me. After he received the teapot, he request a partial refund because he found ‘cracks’ on the teapot. Actually there is no cracks at all. He opened a dispute on eBay and wanted a partial refund. I insisted in him returning the teapot. So in the end he gave up and closed the case himself. cnh1957 is a very dishonest person. I believe he is trying to take advantage of the sellers with eBay’s buyer protection program. Please report him to eBay and share my experience with eBay representative
